Scott is a major in the U.S. Air Force. He grew up in Mattawan, MI. He received his BSEE from the University of Kansas in 1997 and his MSEE in 2002 from Air Force Institute of Technology. His areas of interest include antenna measurements and compact range fields. He is working with Dr. Gupta. | |
