Metin comes from Istanbul, Turkey where he earned a BS in EE and Mathematics from Technical University of Istanbul in 2001. He received his MSEE from OSU in 2003 and is currently working on his Ph.D. His area of interest is rough surface scattering and remote sensing and his advisor is Joel Johnson. | |
